We offer confidential, evidence-based counselling for adults across the Central Coast of NSW. Appointments are available at our Wyong office, near Tuggerah, as well as online. Our psychologists provide a respectful and supportive space to help people better understand their needs, find the right strategies, and work towards meaningful change.

We offer confidential, evidence-based counselling for children and adolescents across the Central Coast of NSW. Appointments are available at our Wyong office, near Tuggerah, as well as online. Our psychologists work with young people and, where appropriate, their parents, to better understand what is happening and develop practical strategies that support positive change.

Our psychologists provide evidence-based ADHD assessments for children and adolescents, available online or in person at our Wyong office near Tuggerah on the Central Coast of NSW. Following the assessment, we provide feedback and recommendations. Where appropriate, we can liaise with schools and provide supporting information for special provisions.

Our psychologists provide evidence-based autism assessments for children, adolescents, and adults, with appointments available online or in person at our Wyong office, near Tuggerah on the Central Coast of NSW. Where appropriate, we can liaise with schools, universities, or workplaces and provide supporting information for adjustments or special provisions.

Cognitive assessments like the WISC-V help determine a child's learning capabilities. They aid in identifying intellectual giftedness and learning difficulties, enabling tailored support in academic settings. Results may assist clients in accessing specialised programs and applying for additional support. We offer this assessment service at our offices in Wyong and Tuggerah, as well as within schools.

We provide assessments to better understand a person’s mental health presentation, including experiences of anxiety, low mood, and related concerns. Where appropriate, assessment findings may be used to support applications for school or university adjustments, including HSC exam provisions through NESA. Assessments are conducted here in Wyong and via telehealth.

This assessment offers a thorough understanding of adaptive skills at various life stages, covering communication abilities, social interaction, motor skills, and self-care/self-direction skills. It helps determine if a child is performing developmental skills at an age-appropriate level compared to their peers. Assessments are carried out onsite in Wyong.

The Wechsler Memory Scale is a comprehensive test for measuring memory functions. Test results offer valuable insights into learning processes and memory retention, empowering individuals to adopt effective learning strategies. Testing sessions can be conducted at our offices in Wyong or Tuggerah on the Central Coast, or at schools for young people. 

A vocational assessment evaluates skills, interests, and potential career paths while identifying strengths, barriers to employment, and exploring career options. This assessment can be helpful for injured workers, students unsure about their career goals, and employees seeking advancement. We conduct vocational assessments onsite in Wyong and online.
